Trained Trained from the Power Yoga Company and the Insight Yoga Institute (Sarah Powers), I teach mindful Vinyasa, Flow, Power and Yin yoga classes. My classes focus strongly on mindful awareness and movement and the use of breath as a physical and mental tool in the practise. The dynamic classes are based on the principles of Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing practises in which the movement of the body and breath are interlinked. Tailored to the specific setting and the level of the participants the classes seeks to engage and challenge on different levels. Participants will find the dynamic flow to be challenging, powerful, and uplifting, while the gentle flow classes are based around a more calming and grounding flow. My yin classes combine mindful movement and presence, breath and meditation and through those tools seeks to further a physical and mental stillness, ease and wellbeing.
